The group departs Los Angeles on Saturday, April 3, 2027, arriving in Tokyo (Haneda Airport – HND) on Sunday, April 4, 2027. The return flight departs Tokyo on Saturday, April 10, 2027, arriving back in Los Angeles the same day.
These flights are secured as part of the Full Package to ensure coordinated arrival and departure for the hosted group experience. Guests selecting the Land Only package are responsible for arranging their own international airfare and must align arrival and departure times with the group schedule.

This trip offers both a Full Package and a Land Only package option. The Full Package includes international airfare, while the Land Only package does not include flights.
Payment Schedule
Guests may choose to pay in full or enroll in an installment plan at no additional cost. All payment dates are outlined on the Order Form. The final payment date for this trip is February 2, 2027.
