An Immersive Leadership Experience | Rooted in Legacy, Built for Impact
Your vision is big and your work has been relentless. You’ve achieved what many only dream of, yet the grind has left you drained and searching for something deeper. You weren’t called just to succeed—you were called to create impact, lead with purpose, and leave a legacy.
The Ghana Impact Tour 2026 is your invitation to step away from the noise and reconnect with the source. Over eight transformative days in Accra, Kumasi, and Cape Coast, you’ll explore heritage sites, engage with local innovators, and take part in curated networking that inspires fresh ideas and lasting collaborations.
This is more than business. It’s renewal. Curated exclusively for RICE stakeholders and managed by Mocha Travel, this journey will restore your energy, ground you in purpose, and send you home ready to build with clarity and conviction.
Your stay in Accra will be at the 5-Star Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Accra, or a comparable five-star property—a landmark known for combining modern luxury with the efficiency today’s business leaders need. Ideally located in the city center, it offers an environment that is both inspiring and practical.
