Yes, as long as it is for one of the documented reasons established by the US government. This trip is for Support of Cuban people, and the itinerary meets the requirements for such travel.

Yes, we provide Visas for all confirmed travelers.

Flights to Havana are offered on Delta, American, and Southwest Air Lines and can be purchased directly with the airline of choice.

You will need to arrive at Havana, Cuba airport (HAV) on Thursday, May 2, 2024 and depart Monday, May 6, 2024 by 4pm. 

Airport transfers are provide for arrivals/departures.

Havana is one of the safest destinations, and people are very friendly and welcoming. They appreciate visitors and will treat you as their guest. Of course, with any destination, some people are looking to take advantage of travelers, so practicing travel safety and street smarts is best. We recommend keeping jewelry and high-value items at home.

No, you will not have access to an atm, nor can you use your credit card for an in-store purchase or while dining. More details will be shared with you on exchanging US dollars for local currency (CUP)

We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance after you confirm your trip. Insurance providers are offered to you after booking, or you can select one on your own. This trip is non-refundable and non-transferable.

English is not a national language. However, we will have a local English-speaking tour guide or travel escort on most scheduled outings to assist with translation. 

Yes, this is a very kind gesture. We will provide you with a list of needed items as we move closer to the departure date.

This trip is for adult (18 and older) women only.

Check-in to the accommodations begins at 3pm. If you arrive prior to this time, your bags can be secured at the hotel.

My experience was EVERYTHING!! I took in every moment even down to the white butterflies recognizing my presence and I honored them as well. Muraleando was my favorite, because I experienced the heart of Havana in one location. Seeing the children in class working on their art pieces melted my heart! Also dancing with the elders and seeing the live band was right down my lane! I love being in the presence of elders and I love music!

IMPORTANT TRIP NOTES:

This trip is Non-Refundable. Travel Insurance is recommended.

  1. Final Payment is due on Friday March 15, 2024.
  2. You must have a valid US passport to travel to Havana.
  3. This is a Land Only package and does NOT include flights to Havana (HAV). Guests are responsible for booking their flights and send us flight details to confirm included airport transfers.  
  4. Package Costs: Single Occupancy Land Only package is $3,299 and Double Occupancy is $2,999 per person. 
  5. Double occupancy is limited. If you wish to confirm double occupancy, both guests must book the same day to secure this space. Double occupancy is two twin beds.
  6. Early Bird deposit is $250. After deposit is received you will be emailed the remaining invoice with payment installments. 
  7. Payment installments are at no additional costs. Final Payment is due Friday March 15, 2024. 
  8. Travel Visas will be processed and sent to the address on file 2-4 weeks before travel. Be sure to complete the Reservation Form after your deposit payment.
