When you select to reserve this trip, we are holding space for you and your family. We know that sometimes the unexpected occurs and requires you to change your plan.
That’s why we recommend trip insurance. You can select your coverage that suits your family’s needs choosing from the option below or contacting your insurance provider.
This trip is good for multi-generation travel. Activities included in this package are most enjoyable for ages 5 and up.
A fully detailed itinerary with hotel location and flight confirmation will be provided to confirmed guest 60 days prior to departure.
Packages are priced to consider families traveling with children including smaller children. Every person must be accounted for in the reservation.
If you are traveling with an infant younger than 2, we can review your invoice for an adjustment.

Anyone under the age of 18 at time of travel is considered a child for the purpose of room occupancy only.
Yes, however there are specific requirements you must adhere to when traveling with a minor out of the county when you are not the legal guardian.
Additionally, there must be at least one parent or legal guardian traveling for every 4 children under the age of 12.

Safety precautions will be followed in accordance with local government regulations.
France may impose a COVID vaccination requirement for all adults. Additional entry requirements may be imposed including a negative COVID test for all travelers.
There will be no penalties to rebook another trip if the country is closed, however you will be responsible for any difference in cost for new trip. You will also have the option to rebook another trip with Mocha Travel.
1. Room Categories are established based on the number in your party.
For single guests and double occupancy, guests will be reserved in a standard room (150-200 sq. ft.) with 2 single beds or 1 king bed.
For triple occupancy, guests will be reserved in a larger room (300 sq. ft.) with 2 single beds or 1 king bed with a sofa bed.
For quad occupancy, guests will be reserved in a larger room (409 sq. ft.) with 2 single beds or king bed with a double sofa bed in a separate living area.
2. Flights are not included in this Land Only Package. Please plan your Departure and Arrival Dates as follows:
Arrive in Paris, France (CDG) Saturday, April 1, 2023 for 3pm hotel check-in.
Depart the Paris, France (CDG) Saturday, April 8, 2023 11:00am hotel checkout.
3. All guests must posses a valid passport for travel into France.
4. Payment Policy:
Payment installments are automated using the payment method you desire. All auto payment dates are indicated on your invoice. Any payments that are declined will be automatically retried in 2 days.
If you would like to change the payment method, we kindly ask that you inform us in writing to hello@mocha-travel.com no less than 7 days before the next payment.
You can adjust your payment to pay more than the installment amount but we advise you to not decrease your payment as this can cause a past due balance on our account. Additional payments can be made by calling us directly at 865-761-9162 or email Customer Service at hello@mocha-travel.com
Final payment for all bookings is January 31, 2023. Reservations with past due balance of more than 7 days past the final payment date are subject to cancellation and all monies forfeited.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have contracted with suppliers to offer families this opportunity to travel abroad for one packaged price. Cancellations after booking directly affects our pricing.
In the unfortunate event you need to cancel your trip, we require that you inform us in writing by emailing hello@mocha-travel.com and contact your insurance provider.
In order to book this trip you must agree to our cancellation policy stated below.
